Composer's Biography
Alessandra Bellino
Graduated in piano with ten, praise and special mention, in composition with the maximum votes from the ‘Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia’ in Rome with Azio Corghi (President Luciano Berio) and in musical disciplines of music technology in composition with 110/110 and praise. She continued her studies at the ‘Accademia Musicale Chigiana’ in Siena in 2000, 2001, 2004 and with Ivan Fedele in Bari in 2005. She has written for diferent instruments for orchestra and for theater, with performances in Italy and in many foreign countries such as: Festival Belfort, Nuova Consonanza, 58aSettimana Musicale Senese, Dissonanzen + SuonaFrancese, Antidogma Musica in Torino and Pechino, MITO Tourin, Musica/Realtà Milan, Proxima Centauri Bordeaux, Tour Pacific Northwest Tour USA, Season Symphonic Orchestra of Castilla y Leòn 2007, Season Symphonic Orchestra of the Principality of Asturias 2008, La Voz en la Música de Cámara Oviedo Spain, Rèsonance Contemporaine France, Nuovi Spazi Musicali Rome, Desde el Este al Oeste Rosario Argentina , 5^ Cycle of Contemporary Music Buenos Aires, etc. She won the following awards: Lucus Prize (Italy), Sanremo Nouvelle Chansons et Musique Italy, A.GI.MUS Rome, Egidio Carella Italy, Musici Mojanesi Italy, A. Smareglia Italy, ICOMS Tourin, TIM Rome, GERMI Rome, etc. She won the International Contest of Composition for Orchestra “Magistralia 2006” of Asturias. She is teacher to the Conservatory of Benevento. Her works were published by Rugginenti, Bèrben, ArsPublica, Ludo, Sconfinarte and engraved by Aliamusica, MAP Milan and CD Baby Portland (USA).
