Composer's Biography
Panos Kosmidis
Panos Kosmidis was born in Thessaloniki in 1990. He started studying music at the age of six in Nestorio, Kastoria. He studied saxophone under the guidance of professor Theofilos Sotiriadis in the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Thessaloniki’s Music School in 2008. He attends Advanced Theoretical Studies in the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki under the guidance of professor Costas Tsougras. He participates as an alumnus in the Thessaloniki’s Music School ensemble. He also studies in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Law School. He is saxophone player of the Municipal Band of Neapolis and Ku Klux Sax ensemble and he is also piano player in several band ensembles.
